Designed and managed the entire development of over 50
free-standing ambulatory surgical centers nationwide for Surgicenter Development
Corporation.
Performed numerous property condition inspections and
construction loan due diligence analyses for major real estate lending institutions for
transactions ranging in value up to $15 million.
