Managed the development of several major office facilities and research centers for Exxon Company, U.S.A. from inception through occupancy. The value of these projects ranged up to $25 million.

Managed the construction of a 21-story speculative office building and a 30 KSF medical office building for Peck-Jones Construction.

Designed and managed the entire development of over 50 free-standing ambulatory surgical centers nationwide for Surgicenter Development Corporation.

Performed numerous property condition inspections and construction loan due diligence analyses for major real estate lending institutions for transactions ranging in value up to $15 million.
