Randall G. Evers, CE, REA - President and C.E.O. - Former Director of Real Estate Development for First Nationwide Bank, managed joint venture operations of one of the largest developers of single and multi-family residential products in the U.S. His prior experience includes management of some of the largest construction projects in the world while employed by Fluor-Daniel's International Division in Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Evers brings 30 years of combined Engineering, Real Estate Finance and Project Management experience to Integrated Resources, Inc.

Foster Boone, A.I.A. - Senior Vice President & Director of Technical Services - is a California Licensed Architect and Contractor and is nationally certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He has a Master of Architecture degree from Rice University and a B.S. degree in Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University. He brings 30 years of professional Engineering, Architectural and Construction experience to Integrated Resources, Inc., and heads our Technical Services Department.

Hagop "Jack" Nazarian, CE, SE - Senior Structural Engineer - is a California registered Civil and Structural Engineer. Mr. Nazarian brings over 30 years of broad-based experience in the design and supervision of large and small engineering projects. Such projects include many nuclear power plants in California, Georgia and Taiwan.

M. Russell Nester, SE, GE, CE - Senior Structural and Geotechnical Engineer - California Registered Structural Engineer, Geotechnical Engineer, and Civil Engineer. Mr. Nester received his M.S. in Civil Engineering at the University of California. He brings twenty plus years of expertise in the above mentioned disciplines to Integrated Resources, Inc. and co-directs all structural engineering activities.

Mark R. Legg, Ph.D., RG - Senior Seismologist - Dr. Legg is both a registered Geologist and Geophysicist in the State of California. He obtained an MS in Oceanography from the Scripps Institute of Oceanography at the University of California, San Diego as well as a Ph.D. in Geological Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Among other things, he is an expert in earthquake hazard analysis of building sites and seismic safety analysis among other things. Dr. Legg brings 23 years of knowledge to Integrated Resources, Inc.

Steven C. Suitt, RG, CEO - Senior Environmental Geologist - is a California Registered Geologist and California Certified Engineering Geologist. Mr. Suitt has 15 years of experience in Environmental Geology and site characterizations including site remediation disciplines. Mr. Suitt directs all environmental engineering activities.

Amy Volk - Vice President & Manager - Fund Control Services - Ms. Volk manages and directs all lender fund control and fiduciary disbursement control services and trains and supervises all disbursement analysts as well as a field inspection staff of more than a dozen experienced field inspections comprised of licensed architects, engineers, contractors and retired building officials.
