Mr. Evers is responsible for
executive management and overall direction of the corporation. A Civil Engineer, Mr.
Evers' experience in a combination of international and domestic construction and real
estate banking provides unique opportunities for marketing the various service lines of
the company.
Mr. Evers' early career began with the Daniel-Fluor
Corporation where he held increasing responsibilities in Engineering and Project
Management, from Civil Engineer to Senior Civil Engineer, Engineering Manager, Project
Manager, Control Manager, culminating as Project Control Manager of Engineering and
Construction Of the largest aviation facility in the world - the $13.2 Billion Jeddah
International Airport in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a labor force in excess of
eleven thousand men.
Mr. Evers' career experience includes responsibility
for management of four projects in excess of one billion dollars each: the Callaway
Nuclear Power Plant in Fulton, Missouri at $1.8 Billion; the Enrico Fermi Nuclear Power
Plant in Michigan at $2.2 Billion; the multiple unit Afin Power Project in the Republic of
Turkey at $3.5 Billion; and the Jeddah International Airport.
After service in the International Engineering and
Construction Industry and prior to joining Integrated Resources as Chief Executive, Mr.
Evers served successively with Coast Federal Bank and Imperial Bank, as Manager of
Construction Loan Services and with First Nationwide Bank as Director of the Real Estate
Development Division.
To provide service to Legal firms for litigation
support and research, Mr. Evers leads a forensic engineering task force of multiple
disciplines including Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Geology,
Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering and Geophysics & Seismology.
Mr. Evers is licensed in the State of California as a
Registered Environmental Assessor, General Contractor and Engineering Contractor. Mr.
Evers is licensed in the State of Florida, as a Certified General Contractor, and
Certified Engineering Contractor. An avid sailor, licensed pilot, and outdoorsman, Mr.
Evers resides in Agoura Hills, California.
